Dr. Carmen Wade is an inspirational speaker whose personal life is a testimony to the human spirit.  She is also an experienced organizational development practitioner, consultant, national board certified coach, professional trainer, with an extensive background in leadership development, team development, instructional leadership, and instructional design.

Dr. Wade has done extensive work with team building and program strategies that lead to positive performance outcomes and improved organizational performance.  Carmen also serves as President of the National Tutoring Association and is a product of TRiO Programs.
