Dr. Carmen Wade is an inspirational speaker whose personal life is a testimony to the human spirit.  She is also an experienced organizational development practitioner, consultant, national board certified coach, professional trainer, with an extensive background in leadership development, team development, instructional leadership, and instructional design.

Dr. Wade has done extensive work with team building and program strategies that lead to positive performance outcomes and improved organizational performance.  Carmen also serves as President of the National Tutoring Association and is a product of TRiO Programs.

Dr. Wade serves as an equity-minded instructional leader focused on the growth and development of students, staff, and faculty/instructors, in order to support students in achieving their academic, personal, and professional goals. Carmen has lead institutional efforts for first year success in English, mathematics, and concurrent enrollment, along with development and implementation of culturally-responsive and pedagogically sound instructional innovations. Dr. Wade has done extensive work with academic support, summer bridge programming, team building, and program strategies that lead to positive student outcomes and improved organizational performance.  Carmen serves as President of the National Tutoring Association and is a product of TRiO Programs.
