FAQ

We offer individual and group coaching, individual and group tutoring, and consulting services for organizations.

We don’t provide therapy, but can make referrals on your behalf.  We don’t create goals for you, but we support you in the creation of your goals as it is only you that can determine what you want your future to look like.

We work with ALL age groups to include:  preschool-12th grade, high school, college students, and adults.  We understand that life is full of transitions and people can be in need of support at any age.

Coaching sessions are typically 1 hour. During that time we talk about your progress in reaching your goals, any barriers that are in your way and strategize how to overcome these barriers to ensure success in reaching your goals.

A coach is a great listener and observer that can help provide clarity for you.  A coach offers awareness and clarity and we explore blind spots you might not have noticed before.  A coach is a supportive partner and will be a cheerleader for you, while also challenging and holding you accountable.  Your coach will provide inspiration and help you to find solutions to challenges that are acting as barriers in attaining goals.

Both are processes that enable individuals and clients to achieve their full potential through ongoing support and opportunities for development.

relates primarily to learning and performance improvement often in a short term.  The client is responsible for establishing goals (i.e. develop self-confidence) while the coach is responsible for implementing a process supportive of the client’s success.

can be short or long term and is moreso related to the mastery or proficiency of a specific skill (i.e. calculus or SAT Prep).

We will create a plan that can work for you.  Our coaches will work with you to create personalized goals and explore the mindset and beliefs necessary for success in reaching these goals.  Along the way, you will develop a deeper awareness and sense of self that will be supportive of goal attainment.  Barriers to reaching goals will be identified and a plan of action put in place to navigate challenges. Coachees are also “dosed” with high levels of positivity, encouragement, hope and love, as they are “seen”.
